FESTIVAL HERA 2024
Commissioned by Escala Show, MM Estudio developed visualisations and production-criteria plans for the Sedal and Nivea stages at Festival Hera 2024. The work translated scenic direction into clear material for review, technical alignment and build.

A Festival Frame Built for Scale.
The visualisation organised the stage as one readable composition: monumental portrait frames, a central LED field, an overhead lighting grid and a graphic skin designed to hold presence within an open-air audience.

From Image to Spatial Coordination.
Front and overhead views were developed to test stage hierarchy, structural footprint, content positions, lighting distribution and the relationship between stage architecture and audience sightlines.

Production criteria documented the stage as buildable geometry — general dimensions and a scenic element breakdown — as a shared reference for fabrication and on-site assembly. These sheets record design criteria only; structural engineering, rigging certification and final fabrication were the responsibility of the production suppliers.

A Second Stage, Translated for Its Own Conditions.
For the Nivea Stage, the visualisation established a wide tented environment where screen, side structures and lighting tiers could remain coherent from audience level.

A Clear System, Tested in Real Conditions.
The final material supported the transition from digital proposal to production, retaining the intended hierarchy of light, screen and scenic mass at live scale.
