Identity translated into materials, zones and circulation.
The project began by translating the collection’s visual identity into materials, spatial zones and circulation. A dark industrial base connected retail, experience and operational areas, while controlled color accents marked key moments throughout the journey.
Technical definition shaped a flexible display system.
Reusable retail elements were adapted into a flexible display system that balanced product density, member identity and comfortable circulation. Technical definition allowed the visual language to remain consistent through production.

A threshold transformed circulation into experience.
A compressed threshold marked the shift from merchandise to immersion. Mirrors, illuminated graphics and changing sightlines transformed circulation into an experiential sequence.

The retail journey expanded into a participatory environment.
Analog screens, photo opportunities and collective viewing moments expanded the retail journey into a participatory environment designed to be completed by its audience.
